What's Included
This set comes with two router templates that work together in sequence:
- Template 1 – Outer Recess routes the shallow recess (2.6575" / 67.5mm diameter) that the top flange of the grommet sits flush in
- Template 2 – Inner Hole sits directly in the recess left by Template 1 and guides your router to cut the pass-through hole (1.9339" / 49.4mm diameter) — no re-centering required
Self-Centering Pins
Both templates include removable self-centering pins, designed for boards up to 8.025" / 203mm wide. Working on a larger surface? Remove the pins and position the templates manually — they're just as accurate on any size panel.
Made from PETG
3D printed in PETG for durability and dimensional stability. Tough enough to hold up through repeated use while maintaining the tight tolerances that make a clean cut possible.
